We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our fast-paced tech company. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent while fostering a positive work culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to hire top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and culture.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Manage employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide counseling and coaching to employees and managers.
