Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to assess project requirements and deliver cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating for residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects and the ability to analyze and compile material, labor, and equipment costs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on plans, specifications, and scope of work.
  • Analyze historical data, materials, and labor costs to predict future project expenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and material costs.
  • Work with project managers and engineers to revise estimates and adjust for changes in project scope.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure that supplies are available when needed to avoid project delays Provide cost comparisons and financial reports to assist in project bidding and budgeting.
